Complaints policy

We endeavour to provide the highest quality service and products to all of our customers.

However, on rare occasions, if you feel that our service is not up to our highest standards then we ask you to follow our complaints procedure which is outlined below.

If there is anything you are not completely satisfied with then either write to us at Safegas Ltd, Gemini House, Sandbeck Way, Wetherby, West Yorkshire, LS22 7DN or email us at or call us on 01937 588 181 and we aim to respond within 7 days of receiving your complaint; where possible we hope to provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.

Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complains procedure, as a Which? Trusted Trader we use Ombudsman Service Ltd for dispute resolution.
