About Safegas

Passionate about bringing heating to residents across North, West and South Yorkshire, we pride ourselves on adhering to the following values: quality, reliability, honesty and exceptional service.

As well as supplying, maintaining and installing the best heating products on the market, from the world’s leading manufacturers, we’re committed to attending all emergency call-outs either on the same day or at the latest the next day, no matter what time of year.

Versatile and multi-skilled, our team of local, directly employed engineers are Gas Safe registered and Worcester Bosch accredited. We’re proud to boast that last winter we attended 90% of breakdowns on either the same day or next.

There are several reasons why you should choose Safegas, but don’t just take our word for it. Learn what our customers think of our work over on our testimonials page.

What’s more, if you tell a friend, colleague or family member about us you can earn £60 of vouchers through our ‘refer a friend‘ scheme when they have a new boiler or central heating system installed or they take out one of Safegas’ comprehensive maintenance cover plans.

About Martin Cooper

Starting his career as an apprentice at British Gas some 40 years ago and having moved right through the ranks into a number of senior management roles, Safegas’ Managing Director, Martin Cooper brings vast experience to the Safegas team. Having also previously worked in business development and marketing roles at Worcester Bosch, Martin’s goal is for Safegas to be recognised as Yorkshire’s leading company in the design, installation, maintenance and repair of domestic central heating systems.

About Alan Bolton

Our Technical Director Alan Bolton originally founded Safegas back in 1996 where the business’s primary focus was to supply central heating maintenance cover in competition with British Gas. Although originally a Marine Engineer Officer working for BP, over the last 25 years Alan has built up a wealth of knowledge of the heating industry. This extensive knowledge has been invaluable in enabling Safegas to successfully diversify its offerings into the renewable heating sector.
